  • Configuration of software other than those supported UF provided for mail and WiFi connectivity
  • Browsers that are no longer getting security updates by the companies (unsupported browsers)
  • Virus Removal
  • Operating System Reformats
  • RAM and Hard Drive Replacement
  • Software Installation
  • Data Transfer
  • Encryption

Note that the Help Desk reserves the right to end any consulting session due to hardware issues, software incompatibility, or corruption or other circumstances that require vendor assistance.
