Mac OSX 10.11+ Eduroam Manual Setup
*Note: This process should only be followed if the instructions at getonline.ufl.edu did not work.*
- If you have previously connected to eduroam you will need to forget the network first. Connect to the eduroam network from your airport menu. When prompted, enter your GatorLink@ufl.edu email address as the username with your normal GatorLink password.
2. Once connected you will need to download the security certificates in order to remain connected. Open a browser and navigate to getonline.ufl.edu. Select “Get Online” On the next screen select “unknown” from the dropdown menu at the bottom.
3. On the next screen select the “USERTrust RSA Certification Authority” to download the certificate.
4. Open the file that downloaded and select “System” from the dropdown box that appears and click “Add”
You are now connected to the eduroam network. If you have trouble or you cannot get connected, please call the UF Computing Help Desk at 352-392-4357.
