Iphone/IPad IOS Eduroam Manual Settings

Step 1. Open ‘Settings‘. 
Step 2. Select “Wi-Fi“. 
Step 3. Select “Other” to manually enter the network information. 

Step 4. Enter the following:
 
  • Network Name: eduroam (in lowercase letters)
  • Security Type: WPA2-Enterprise
  • Username: gatorlinkusername@ufl.edu
    • *Note: username must be in the format Gatorlink@ufl.edu or Username@shands.ufl.edu, aliases cannot be used.
  • Password: password
  • Select ‘Join‘

Step 5. You may be asked to accept the “Add Trust External CA Root” certificate. Select “Trust” and continue.

You should now be connected!
