Clearing Cache and Cookies – Chrome

1. Open menu button in the top right corner of Chrome, three vertical dots, and select history (or press ctrl + H).

2. Click on “Clear Browsing Data…”

3. Select time range “All time”

  • You only need Cookies and Cache checked and uncheck all other boxes depending on client preferences
  • Select Clear Data

4.(Optional) If the client is having trouble accessing Exchange, check “Hosted app data” as well.

Select Host app data

5. Exit Chrome and start it again.
