- Winter Holiday Schedule
The UF Computing Help Desk has the following schedule for the winter holidays, 12/24 through 01/03:
12/24 - Help Desk is available from 8am to 5pm
12/25 - Closed
12/27 -12/31 - Help Desk is available from 8am to 5pm
01/01 - Closed
1/2 - Help Desk is available from 8am to 5pm
Please note that the HUB is closed for walk-in traffic for 12/24 through 01/06.
Normal hours for both the UF Computing Help Desk and the HUB will resume on 01/03.

- Labor Day 2022
Walk-In support will be unavailable on Monday, September 5th.
Reduced phone support will be available from Sunday, September 4th at 8pm to Tuesday, September 6th at 7am. Support will be provided for GatorLink account issues, multi-factor authentication, and service outages.
- Veteran's Day 2022
Walk-In support will be unavailable on Friday, November 11th.
Reduced phone support will be available from Thursday, November 10th at 11:59am to Saturday, November 12th at 8am. Support will be provided for GatorLink account issues, multi-factor authentication, and service outages.
- Thanksgiving 2022
The UFIT Help Desk will be closed beginning at 11:59pm November 23rd to 8am November 25th.
We will have limited phone support on November 25th. The UFIT help desk will be available for account, password, and outage issues only on this day.
School Breaks
- Summer B 2022 Break Week
The UFIT walk-in Support will have limited hours during Summer Break Week:

Walk-In support will be unavailable on Friday, October 7th.

The UFIT Help Desk will be closed for walk-in support on Thursday 11/9.
