Getting help for GatorLink log-in issues
Need a GatorLink account?
Any faculty, staff, student, or UF affiliate may obtain a GatorLink account, as explained on the GatorLink Account Eligibility page.
GatorLink account creation will be emailed to your personal email address. Have your 8-digit UFID number handy when you finish your GatorLink account creation process at https://account.it.ufl.edu/glam/create
If your invitation code in the email expired, please fill-out a form at https://account.it.ufl.edu/glam/invite
Didn’t get to change your password before it expired?
Try the self-service reset at https://account.it.ufl.edu/glam/reset or call the UF Computing Help Desk at (352) 392-HELP (4357). You will be asked for your UFID number. Please do not email us for password assistance. We have to positively confirm your identity via a phone conversation.
Not sure about your GatorLink username or password?

Your username and password didn’t work?
- Check how you typed your username. Type your username again, this time in lowercase, and make sure your Caps Lock key isn’t in use. The username does not have “@ufl.edu”
- Check the password you entered. GatorLink passwords are case-sensitive and may contain special characters. Type your password in the case it was originally entered
- Your account may be expired or disabled. If this is the case, contact the UF Computing Help Desk at (352) 392-HELP (4357). Please do not email us for password assistance. We have to positively confirm your identity via a phone conversation.
