The Desktop Application Support Center (HUB 224) provides workspace and technical support and printing services to ALL students for the core desktop applications (MS Office, Adobe products)
The UF Computing Help Desk Application Support Center is a service of Academic Technology. Our strategy is to provide help desk support for University of Florida faculty, staff and students in the core desktop applications necessary for them to function effectively. This means one point of contact for desktop application support, as well as our usual Electronic Thesis and Dissertation technical assistance.
To accomplish this goal, we will provide informational seminars, formatting templates, online tutorials and one-on-one consultation (by appointment and walk-in as available).
If there is an application you need to use that is not listed here please let us know by sending us an e-mail with the application name and a brief description of the assistance you require. We will make every effor to locate the resources necessary for you to learn the skills you need to accomplish your goal.
