Newly Admitted Students: Looking for your UFID to create your GatorLink account?
Some newly admitted applicants will be getting the GatorLink invitation creation emails in batches starting 2/13. Here is where to get your UFID:
- Go to http://admissions.ufl.edu/appstatus and scroll to “Freshman” button and click it to log with your CollegeNet/Coalition account
- Next to your name on the right-hand side there is a down arrow where you can click to open a drop-down menu with your UFID (8-digit number) displayed (along with your birthday, term, and email.)
- Use this 8 numbers without any hyphen/dash along with your emailed invitation code at https://account.it.ufl.edu/glam/cview to complete the time-sensitive process. [You will need a GatorLink account for our automated system to create an email address for you with an @ufl.edu domain. This process could take up to one month so why wait?]
Important note: If you get two GatorLink invitation emails please use the latest one.
Make sure you leave out the hyphen or “dash” and type all 8 digits in the account creation form.
Haven’t gotten your GatorLink invitation yet? Please check your email junk or spam folders since emails are being sent out in batches.

Use your Coalition login to check application Status starting Friday, February 9, 2018 after 6:00 PM
Resetting a CollegeNet Password
On the Coalition login page, users can click “Forgot your username or password?” and enter the email address the applicant used when submitting the application. User should receive an email with their username and a link to reset their password.
Note that the UF Computing Help Desk cannot reset Coalition password because it is managed by CollegeNet
CollegeNET has a Help Desk which will be staffed weekdays from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST. There is no phone support provided by their help desk. Applicants must submit their request using CollegeNET’s online form. On the bottom of all Coalition pages is the “Contact our Help Desk” link. This will bring users to an FAQs page. If the applicant still have questions, the Submit a request form will be their only point of contact.
