Welcome to the UF Computing Help Desk! We understand that computer problems can be frustrating. We are here to help you resolve computing issues by directly answering your question or by routing it to the appropriate technical help. You will find a wide variety of resources on this site for most of your basic computing needs.

UF Faculty, staff and students can drop off their laptops with the Help Desk for a specific set of issues. Turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours, for more information visit our Laptop services page.
We are selling Academic versions of Adobe media for personal or home use of UF students, faculty and staff. Adobe Acrobat Professional 8 for the rock bottom price of $45.50 (+ tax). We are also selling Adobe Acrobat Professional 9 for $98.25 (+ tax), Adobe Photoshop Extended CS4 for $182.99 (+ tax) and Dreamweaver CS4 for $155 (+ tax). The UF Software CD, Fall 2008 version is also still available for only $3.18.
